I have Outook 2003, running on an XP machine, and whenever I click on a link, it opens two internet browser windows. I have tried rebooting, resetting my internet settings, and the options in Outlook.

    Any suggestions?

Yes, they do. It's like I am clicking the link twice, but I am not. At first, it was asking for a link launch program, as well as opening the link. I thought it was just confused, so I told it to open the link with internet explorer. Now it opens the same link twice.

I may be the computer tech here, that's probably why I am the one that gets all the really WEIRD problems....

I've seen this happen before, but I'm not sure how I've fixed in the past. All I have come across is this article on Microsoft's KB site. Maybe it will help.

Thanks for the thought, but that didn't work, either. Anyone have any other ideas?

    goodkat,

Are you using IE or Firefox as your default browser? I'm still doing some searching, but everything I find deals with firefox.

Well, it looks like my company fixed this problem for me  . I no longer work there (17-person layoff  ), so the problem no longer exists.

    Anyone hiring? ;)
