webmail and stats software for dedicated server

I've just changed from shared hosting to dedicated hosting with a windows 2003 server.
Trouble is, My server comes without any software.

Would anyone be able to aim me in the right direction to find webmail and stats software that I can install on it.
I've tried googling around but haven't come up with anything.
I really would like something similar to what you get supplied (normally) with shared hosting.

Webmail is the most inmportant one as I travel around quite a bit.
