I'm working my way through Christer's guide to moving XP's default folders, and while this isn't a critical problem, it bothers me because something seems to be wrong.
I can't get the address bar to show up for one of my two users. I've verified that both users have administrator privileges, in case that makes any difference. The address bar is there when I'm logged in as Rebecca, but when I log in as Gary, it doesn't show up, even though "Address Bar" is checked under View>Toolbars. I've tried rebooting, but that hasn't helped.
    Any suggestions?
    Thanks!

    Rebecca

When logged in as Gary have you the unlocked the Tool bar and checked that the Address bar is not 'hiding' at one end?

Alternatively you might try this fix.
