    XP home or pro version?

Remove it for a specific user or for all users?

XP-pro - start->run->gpedit.msc and look around. It is one of the items you can block for one or more users. You will find lots of good stuff you can control from that utility.

XP-home - doesn't have gpedit.msc (and won't run it if you load a copy) and I haven't messed with the home version enough to know the easiest way to do that. Late enough I don't trust myself searching so will leave this for a Home guru to answer.
