    Hi All
I was going to watch a video clip on Fox News.com and I get this....

Runtime error has occurred. do you want to debug?
    Line 228
    error:eek:bject expected

    I click "yes" Then this...

    Just in time debugger
    MS Script Editor

    "Yes" then this..

    Step into remote procedure call
    [4032]C:\program files\MSN\MSN corefiles\msn.exe
    Script (is checked)

    Click OK then this...
    MS Visual Studio Debugger
    Break Continue Help.

Then I end up with this....

Is this Error from my Computer or is it a Fox News.com Error on their web site?

most times its the site you are visiting, so try this:

For your 'script error' try this: With IE open, click on Tools, click on Internet Options, and then click on the Advanced tab. You should see a heading that says Browsing, and under that, one that says Disable script debugging. If there is not a checkmark at this, put one there.

    if this continues, post back.

As noted, the problem isn't yours and unless you are in the process of building a web page and need to verify your work, you want your settings like the ones pictured.

    Hi
    OK, It was already checked.
If the problem is with Fox then I'm not going to worry about it. It happens when I try to view their video's and it's on their pop-up video window.
If it keeps up for awhile I'll post back.
    Thanks
    Geri

    Hi
Well this keeps happening, not everytime, but more then I care for.
First, there was another debugging setting below the "Disable script debugging" I believe it said "other" is there any harm in checking this one also? or does it have to do with my computer some how?
I just never had this kind of problem come up so offen.

I think you can check the other debugging without any problems although I never see script errors and don't have it checked.

Do you have the next one unchecked - the "Display ...." one?

    Hi
The "Display" one is not checked.
I checked the "other" then went to Fox News. I don't get the error message, but the video won't play.
Is there no auto fix or run video with error?
