EVERYTHING on my computer is dublicated/copied/repeated numerous times! I think it has something to do with when we tried to have 4 separate accounts (one for each member of the family), but I don't know how to go about fixing this. I did a search for a file, and it came up 9 times on things like Owner, main, default user, and administrator! 89.8 GB of my hard drive is taken up!

In XP it is normal for each user to have a seperate documents and settings folder, along with default user and administrator ones.
If this is what is worrying you; this is just the nature of XP and necessary if you want to have seperate user accounts.

You say 89.8Gb of your hard drive is taken up; this is a huge amount, even if you had ten full copies of windows with lots of programs installed it would not likely take up this much space.
I would suspect that either you have a child engaging in P2P file sharing and a massive amount of mp3 or movie files downloaded (and a riaa or mpaa lawsuit on the way )or you may have a virus , or you may have something like norton utilities installed with norton file protection which makes a duplicate of every file you delete and keeps it even if you empty your recycle bin.

If you go to my computer and right click on the C: drive and choose properties; what does it say?

I would also try checking this out
    http://www.snapfiles.com/get/datavolume.html
It may give you insight into what is using the space.

I really do not feel comfortable recommending a duplicate file finder, since it is normal for windows to keep backup copies of old versions of system files, copies of repair files and updates.

Also, there is system restore , temp internet files and several other items which can be set to a percentage of disk space of a total size which may be bloated.
So we really need some more information on what is taking up this space.

So, you cannot (should not) remove the administrator, default user or all users accounts. Owner is probably your current account. So, you say you tried to have four accounts; no problem there , windows will handle them fine. But you do not mention them. Did you remove them? If so , please go into detail as to how you went about this; it is possible you did it incorrectly.

I do have Norton Anti Virus, and that may be whats doing it...how would I see if it is? And is there any particular program I should use to see if I have a virus taking up this much space? I already ran Spybot, AdAware, and microsoft antispyware.

I right clicked on C: and noticed I have the "allow indexing serviec" boxx checked- should I disable this?

I downloaded the JDisk program, and with that, I cleaned up some of my folders. However, that first link's download is outdated, so I couldn't get it.

I do not have any system restore dates (unfortunately), and my temp internet files are set to a very low amount of space to take up.

I will get back to you on how I deleted the accounts.

It would not be norton antivirus, but it could be a virus.
Have you done a full system scan to ensure you are not infected?

OK, A full system scan on what? Spybot? AdAware? Norton? I've done scans on all of them.
    And,

    Same Here

I have the same box checked on my machine and have not had anything happen compared to yours so far. I have noticed if I use my ctrl key to highlight many pics and other files at one time I will get a duplicate if I go over ten. The people will know if this is of any circumstance in your case.
