Hello, first post to the board (and of course it is a question). I am trying to figure out a way to default the junk mail filter off when Outlook is first started. Ever since the junk mail filter updates started showing up on Microsoft and Windows Update, the stupid thing starts throwing some of our internal email into the junk mail folder. I need a way to stop this from happening on new setups. Thanks.

EDIT: Forgot to mention version. Outlook 2003 (11.6568.6568) SP2

I don't think you can turn it off. The good mail that gets moved need to be marked as trusted mail anyway to avoid it being moved in in the future.

    What Steve R said.

Easiest I can think of is to set up a rule to always put email containing your internal mail ID (ourcompany.com or something) in the inbox. That should over-ride the junk/spam filters.
