NS8 default, NS7.2 used for mail

    I believe that this question came up, before. And, it was posed at another newsgroup . It was my impression that if there is a link in NS7.2 mail, it will open in NS7.2.
    There are a number suggestions in the thread, but none of them work. It could be the user, or NS7.2 mail and browser are tightly together. My reasoning has gone out of the window, and would appreciate some comments. Ramona?

    That is quite true, regardless of which browser you have set as the default. Even though you have selected Netscape 8 as your default browser, or Firefox, clicking a link in Netscape 7.2 mail will open the Netscape 7.2 browser.

    However, adding the script mentioned will work some of the time. I've certainly always suggested it to users, but it doesn't work every time...
