Can't fix LSA problem with Spybot

    Hi there
    I've been scanning my laptop regularly with Spybot (always up-to-date) and a few days ago Spybot found three problems - all of which were LSA. When I tried to fix them, only one would disappear. The other two could not be fixed, apparently because they were currently in use. Trying to check and fix after reboot didn't help. Neither did scanning while in safe mode. Any ideas???

    Can you elaborate on this, please. LSA ? - my brain's not fully functional this am :)

    Give us the details of what Spybot found.

    LSA Problem

    I wish I could, but this is all I got

    In the Problem window, Spybot lists:

    [] LSA 2 entries

    that's it. No more information on it - nothing. :(

    Total lack of success - Google search refers to Spybot home page and trawling through there and their forum I came up with nothing :(

    Sorry, you'll have to wait awhile until some of the other guys from the States log in.

    Spybot can't fix LSA

    I had the same problem, thought I was keeping my Spybot S&D up-to-date too with new def's.... but, it didn't alert me to the new 1.4 version! Mine kept coming back with the same two LSA registry keys that couldn't be fixed... but, then I updated to Spybot 1.4 and cleaned 'em without any trouble.     That's a real hole in SpyBot - wonder how many are running with the older versions?

    Spybot 1.4

    Thanks so much for the tip. I hadn't checked my resonses on this forum for ages - hence the late reply. Have downloaded Spybot 1.4, scanned and fixed the LSA problem straight away.
