Have Win XP Pro, and a Compaq IJ1200 inkjet prtr. Whenever I print maps at mapquest or mapsonus, etc I only get the names without street lines. Even when I go to "printable map ". Or like I just copied colored print from a website to Word and it didn't print anything. Any suggestions?

Have you tried doing a print preview? What shows?
Have you tried saving the file and printing it from an image file as opposed to from the web page?

There weren't any drivers listed for xp. I did go to print preview, which I hadn't before. I changed setting to use black only and the map printed fine. Thanks......Actually, I just printed another page and I realized the printer control area had reset to color. Must I set it to using black only each time I print?
