XP rebooting itself when DUN

Hi

i 've got a weird problem with a customers machine, when she is running normal programs in WinXP her machine stays on and working fine, but when she connects to the internet/e-mail through her DUN, her machine randomly reboots itself sometimes in the middle of a e-mail download. i've looked at this machine and i can't figure out what could be the cause. i've run numerous scans for virus, spam, and spyware, but nothing seems to have worked. can anybody out there HELP!

Start->run->eventvwr.msc and check for events that might yield more information. If you find one/some, open an event, click on the icon below the up/down arrows to send a text copy to the clipboard, and post the event(s) here.
