Short menu's

    Lately my menu's in Win2k and Explorer became short menu's, I would like to know how to evoid this short menu's and work always with full menu's, the same happend in the start menu's.

    Mine used to do that too.. out of no where, then it'd stop doing it. I'm not sure how to fix it..

    Short menus

    Thanks for the answer, I m sure there is somewere a place to correct it but I don't know where.

    Personalized menus are definitely one of the most worthless 'features' the Microsoft ever came up with.

    For start menu: start>settings>taskbar and start...> general> uncheck 'use personalized menus'

    For Word, excel, etc: Tools>customize>options> uncheck 'windows show recently used....'

    Short menus

    Thanks again, it's worked for MS-Word but in the internet browser it's still insisting to be short menus.

    In Internet Explorer go to Tools | Internet Options. On the Advanced tab uncheck the option "Enable Personalized Favorites Menu ".
