    Hi,

I have been trying to reinstall yahoo after unstalling it last night. Whenever I try to install it I get a message that says ' A required DLL file YIMAGE.DLL was not found.

I downloaded that dll file and now I'm not sure where it is to go or what I should do from there.

    Any help will be welcomed.

    Thanks,

    Depends on your windows version.
I would check where other dlls are
    Like C:\Windows\System32
    or
    C:\Windows\System32\dllcache

Copyit there and then go to start/ run and type
    regsvr32 /i yimage.dll
hit enter and wait for it to confirm installation.

In 98 the files are in c:\windows\system (not system32).

In start > run > explorer find the file and drag it with the right mouse button to the correct folder, from right to left window. You'll get a small menu so click your choice,e.g., move.
