Problem with Intel D850MV

Hi,

My friend’s PC has many problems. Some of it is as follows:

In Device Manager, there are yellow question mark for:

1. PCI Multimedia Video Device
2. 56000bps External Fax Voice Modem

It’s a generic modem with Rockwell chipset.

His motherboard is Intel D850MV which is not supported anymore by Intel. Unfortunately, the CD Driver for this motherboard is lost.

What should I do to help him? Where can I download the driver (?) for above devices/hardwares? I tried to get the copy of CD driver for the motherboard from Intel’s distributor in my hometown, but they also do not have the CD anymore.

Fyi, the specs for his PC is as follows:

Mobo: Intel D850MV
Proc: Intel P4 1.5 GHz
RAM: Rambus 256 MB
OS: Windows 98 SE
