netscape problem

    Whenever, I log on, periodically my browser diverts to the following address:
    http://keyword.netscape.com/keyword/%1, and then indicates bad request; when I am not on-line my netscape account manager window opens and brings up the "work offline" or "retry" message. Obviously, I have a problem. Does anyone have knowledge of this situation and a solution?
