Hi I've been having problems with MSN connection center (you can read it here

So now I am trying to set up the dial-up location with the Wizard, so I click Next, then i enter my phone number and loction name, then click next, and enter my E-mail and password, and click next then I get an error saying connection center was unable to locate a list of avabile numbers for you location because the server is too busy please try again later. And I've been trying that for the past day now. I know the numbers I have to dial to get onto the internet but the connection center wouldn't let me get into them. I on win xp home.

I have no idea whether this is even connected to your problem or not. May only be a wild idea on my part.

But MSN.COM is at time USELESS. And has been that way since the Storm in New Orleans. Somtimes it works and sometimes it does not. At times I get text and no picutres. I get videos now but earlier I did not. It is better today but not 100%

I did have MSN.COM as my home page but had to change it As it is very imtermitant.

From what I can figure it is just plain OVERLOADED.

I talked to MSN tech support and they said the problem was probably what the existing dialing credentials on your MSN software was not recognized by the Connection Center so what we can try to do is to clear out first the existing dialing credential on your MSN Software and regenerate them again before we reinstall Connection Center.

    He gave the thes steps
    1. Start MSN.
    2. Press CTRL+SHIFT+F12.
    3. Click Remove Information, and then click Yes.
    4. Close MSN, and then restart MSN.

Then try to sign back to MSN and do the same procedure that you did like encountering this safety check and selecting the Previous Dialing Information which is saved on your MSN Software.

so i did that and i got this An unexpected error occured while trying to migrate pre-existing dial-up location plese create a new dial-up location so i do and i get the same problem as my first post
