I have a dual boot between Windows XP Pro (x32) and Windows XP Pro x64 (x64) with 2 monitors. The Display Adaptor in the x64 boot is NVIDIA Quadro FX 340 (Microsoft Corporation) and things are fine. In the x32 boot, only one monitor is active (same display on both) and there is no Display Adaptor in the Device Management tree.?? In the New Hardware Wizard, I tried to add a new display adaptor but only ATI adaptors were listed. How do I get the NVIDIA adaptor to be recognized in the x32 boot?

When adding, look for the "have disk" button. You'll be prompted to insert your cd.

Or go to nVidia and download and install the drivers.

    Thanks Steve,

I not only had to go to Nvidia for a download, but I had to download the Windows xp/2000 driver and not the Windows x64 driver. At least 1 of the newer nvidia drivers will support both x32 & x64.

Now I have 2 displays working. Thanks again,

    Chuck
