How do we find?

    the xp install cd key code that we used when we installed this os?

    It was easy to find in w98......dah!!!

    Yep, the cd key code is there on the case....... "BUT ", i was referring to where it's located in the XP operating system, probably the registry.:)

    You won't find it in the Registry in any form that a chuckle headed user could recognize. They don't trust us now that we have made them rich!

    Yep, I found the garble-gu at:

    [HKey_Local_Machine\Software\Microsoft\WindowsNT\Current Version\WPAEvents] and double-click "oobetimer"

    And natually, it makes no since what-so-ever. I just thought that someone may have found something somewhere for normal folks to read like W98 has.
