Is there supposed to be a "Work Offline" option in the File menu of IE? I recall there used to be an option, but its not there anymore (in IE 6 at least).

In order for me to access web pages that I have saved to view offline, I have to go offline and I can only seem to do that if I open OE and go offline from there. Then while I am viewing a page offline in IE, a small icon appears in the status bar. When I hover the cursor over this icon, a tool-tip appears which says "You are currently working offline, to connect, click Work Offline in the File menu" But its not there.

Does anyone know how I can put it there, or some other alternative to having to start OE to go offline/online?

I have IE 6, Win Me.

    Thanks.
