What is the extension for the file in which email addresses are stored in MS Outlook 2003 and where is it located?

As far as I know, Outlook when run locally (as opposed to running from an exchange server) stores everything for a user in a single Outlook.pst file rather than using a .pab file for address book.

You can export your address book contents to a storage file of some sort if you wish but Outlook can't use that unless it is imported again to either the same place or another one.
