I am having trouble using either Netscape or Mozella, now using Mozella as it is same as Netscape. When I view my folders in my mail box except for my inbox and try to trouble click on the message I get a red circle with a line though it tell me that I can't do that. Never had this before. I have read threads in BBS about removing the MSF files and have done that but that was not the problem and not sure but those files come the next time I use my mail service. Any good advise? Thought this might be an easy one.

Welcome to the Forum, Marvin Zauss!

    Marvin,

By chance are you using the same Profile for Netscape and Mozilla? If so, then that is the problem. What you need to do is create a new Profile for Mozilla.

If you aren't sharing a Profile, then I would delete the Mail Account which gives the error.
Do this in Edit | Mail & Newsgroups Account Settings
Highlight the Account Name in the left panel
Then scroll to the bottom and click on: "Remove Account "
    Exit Mozilla

    Open Mozilla
    Create the Account again
    Exit Mozilla

Open Windows Explorer and navigate to the Mail Account folder here:
    C:\Documents & Settings\username\Application Data\Mozilla\Profiles\profilename\*.slt\Mail

You will see that a new Mail Account folder has been created and a digit has been added to the name, e.g., pop.isp-1.net
Copy the Mail from the pop.isp.net account to the newly created pop.isp-1.net account.
Do NOT copy the MSF files. Copy only the files with no extension, i.e., Inbox, Drafts, Templates, etc. Also copy any SBD folders which contain Mail. Open the folders and delete any MSF files contained in these folders (if any).
Now open Mozilla and see if your Mail is working properly.

BTW, there is a setting in Mozilla that will open Mail in a new window, rather than the existing window. Look in: Edit | Preferences | Mail & Newsgroups | Windows
Enable: Open messages, display them in: A new message window

    Thanks for your advise

    Thanks Romona,
I did save the Mail folders, but then I deleted everything to do with any browser I installed. Then I reinstalled Mozilla and everything works just fine. I imported everything back clean. Thank you for your help and if this helps anyone else that will make me happy also,
    Marv
