Need help for highjackthis log.

    Fairly new system, not a lot installed yet but seeing some things that are strange. In
    particular this line:

    O10 - Broken Internet access because of LSP provider 'imslsp.dll' missing

    I've been having problems getting pages to load completely but no problems getting access.

    That is a valid LSP, associated with Zone Labs IM Secure. I recommend uninstalling, then re-installing it to see if it repairs itself.

    Please download version 1.99.1 of HijackThis.exe, overwriting the copy you currently have, then post a new HijackThis log.

    I have unchecked these in msconfig but they keep restarting.
