Strange font in windows xp & euro sign doesn't show

    Hello,

    I've got an strange font suddenly ( sinds 2 weeks ) on my computer ( win xp SP 2 ).

    I did the following:
    - reinstalled SP 2
    - changed theme
    - checked in REGEDIT which font is installed.

    Does someone know an answer???? :confused: :confused: :confused:

    jeroenz19--No personal experience with that, so can offer only some general ideas, if no one else has a better idea.
    Is this the only titlebar (bar at top of a window) that has the problem?
    A poster in another forum had a problem with boxes in the titlebar--perhaps not the same as your problem.

    The solution was to get rid of Google Toolbar Search.
    You could try running System Restore to a day before this happened
    But it could be spyware.

    The words in your titlebar seem to say something like "Tin Lizzie ". Does that make any sense to you? (The titlebar on that window should say "Turn Off Computer" which I guess is Uitschakelen.)
    P.S. Did you forget to post something about the Euro sign? € You mention it in the title of this post.
