XP Pro Office Pro 2003

I have recently upgraded my users to XP Pro Office 2003, I have one box that will not accept the install. Everything installs OK, and when I run the Office Suites as Admin, everything runs OK. When I run it as a User, (any user) I get the following error:

Error 2203. An internal error has occurred "C:windows installer64af4.ipi -2147287035."

When I click OK on the error pop-up box (Word, Excel, etc.,) will open, Outlook will not, unless "Run As" & I use my Admin account. However the error number changes everytime I try to launch the program. I've uninstalled, installed & re-installed several times. Any help on this?

 

Thanks, but did not help. I already went to that article 826511.
My TEMP folder does not have any set-up logs in it. Maybe that's part of my problem. I also read article 296056 & 324852, and my "system" has Full Control. I've tried everything suggested to no avail. I can uninstall & go back to the older version of Office Suite & everything runs fine.

 

That's where I'm at. No Setup .txt files or Installer files
