Error message when installing a game patch

Can some one please help, i'm trying to install a game patch with very little sucess. To cut a long story short, when I click the patch I get an error message, I have uninstalled the game & removed every referencs of the game from the registery. With the game uninstalled I am still getting the error message which leads me to believe I have a pc issue not a game issue. All help much appreciated, this is the error...

All sorted now, the patch was corrupt, got it from another source & all was fine....
