Newbie - Where are Netscape 7.1 bookmarks?

Just moved to new computer and new to me Netscape 7.1.
I want to make bookmarks my homepage, but can't find the file. I had no trouble finding the file in V7.0.
If someone could tell me the filename I would really appreciate it. I can't imagine where it is. Bookmarks work fine. I have several hundred I imported that are functional, but I don't know where they are!

 

The problem is not 7.0 vs. 7.1, but rather one Operating system against another. You were, probably using Win98, before, and you are using WinXP, now. So, it is not only the bookmarks, but everything connected with any personal information which is invisible. That was quite a curve thrown, with Microsoft wanting to protect you against yourself, and making the profiles invisible . It is easy to fix, following the directions.
