    Hi,

I would like to setup a common mailbox info@xzy.com.

I would like all of my customer service reps to receive the mail that comes to this box.

I used the setup procedure in the following article

    http://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/MF006.html

All customers service reps now see the box but I am the only one that sees the mail when it comes in.

How can I fix this? How will mail get deleted from this box?

    Thanks in advance,

    Eric

Your mail box must be delegated to them! :)

    Hi Eric,

what do you mean that you are the only one that sees mail when it comes in?

if all reps are able to open the inbox and a new mail message comes in, everyone should be able to see it.

The only reason I can think of that you can get the mail and they can't is maybe because you have the mail delivery in outlook set to go to a personal folder instead of the mailbox. This downloads the message to a .pst file for you, and empties it out of the mailbox where everybody else is looking.

    Is this a possibility?

    Best regards

    Des
