Hello, to get clean, please do these instructions in the order I have them.
You need to download LSPfix.Exe. Open it, check the 'I know what I am doing box', and remove all instances of this file.
c:\windows\system32\msvrl.dll

Disable System Restore.

Open HJT, and click on 'Open misc tools section', then click on "Delete a file on reboot', a File Open window will appear. Copy/Paste the following into it.

C:\WINDOWS\system32\msidev.exe

Then click on Open, and you will be prompted to reboot, select No at this time. Do the same for these.

Rescan with HJT, and remove these items.

You could remove this as a general cleanup. It was put there as a result of a system crash, and you shouldn't be having any now.
