InstallShield lauches Wrong install program ???

    Hello,

    I have a Toshiba laptop that when I try and let it go to Toshiba for it's updates, this is what happens.

    The program downloads fine, then starts a self-unzip, then I get an InstallShield dialog box that is for an older program.

    ??

    Sounds like the file that was downloaded is an older "version" than the one that is currently installed.

    It appears as an older program called KDS CD Organizer ******* up the installer. Everything I tried to install launched the CD organizer. I gave up and re-formatted the drive. Now I see why KDS dropped the powered CD organizer.
    It is a lot of work loading everything back in, but a much faster computer now.
