2000 setup installing forever

    I'm upgrading a machine from ME to 2000, but setup is doing something weird. On the last stage (installing components, final settings) it completes this and restarts, but it'll then do that stage again. Again and again. I've never seen this before, and the machine has no hardware problems. What's up?

    Just cause ME is involved here... Would anyone else agree with me that ME is probably the biggest blotched job MS ever did?

    I liked the heck out of ME that I used for a year...Upgraded to Win2k and liked it better.
