I'm making a template with drop down fields and text fields. How can I set the size of the text form field. I don't want the other areas on the form to bounce down to the next line if too much information is typed into the form field.
Also, I have drop down boxes in my form. Is there any way to allow checking of more than one item in the drop down?
If you're able to help me, then thank you very much.

    Welcome to the boards!!

After you insert the text field, right click on it and select properties. In the "Maximum Length" box type in a number from 1 - 255 to set the maximum number of characters the field will accept. (255 is the maximum). If you right click on the "Maximum Length" heading you can get the "help" info for a little more information.

Post back if this works or not!

Glad that worked for you. Dunno why help doesn't explain, maybe it does if you have a day or two to go through and find.

Quite often tho' the right click on a heading in a dialog box brings up the "What's This?" button and you will get at least a hint of what you can do.
