   I'm getting the message " Proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server " when I go to a www.pgatour.com but my landlord can get on the website fine. We both have the same ISP. Any ideas?

   Now, are you running a Proxy server?
   
   Look in Tools > Internet Options > Connections > LAN Settings from Internet Explorer's menu.
