Curious to know if anyone else has had their Email to AOL users returned to them. Two users that we have corresponded with in the past on AOL with no problem now cannot receive our mail. I am guessing that AOL is at fault with their spam filters. I am careful with the wording in the subject line. In our Email address I use our last name and the word "site ". Don't know if AOL doesn't like this or not. Have checked with our correspondents and they have made no changes to their spam filters.
Anyone else encountered this and know of a solution ?

Guess nobody wants to touch this one :)
Would like to know if the problem can be corrected if the Email receiver on AOL has to make the changes or if AOL filters are set to high.
I went to the AOL page and tracked down the Q & A's on their support page and came away completely confused.
    Anybody ?

From what I understand, if "any" AOL user reports someone as a spammer then the person gets banned from sending to any AOL user.

The subject line doesn't matter, it's your return mail address that gets the ban.

I'm wondering if my "domain name" which is our last name& "site ".com could be the problem.
The user I can't get mail to is my sister and brother in law plus a close friend so I don't think they have our address blocked. :)

It's probably your domain name then. Bet emailing them from gmail or hotmail works like a charm.
