    Hello, welcome to the boards.
You have a few viruses, and some other malware present.
Would you follow the instructions on the below page, and then post a new HJT log?
    http://www.windowsbbs.com/showthread.php?t=37074
BTW, you can disable Office's FindFast, it will slow you down, but not as much as I see present.

I am worried about a few of these, even after I scanned w/ BitDefender and ran spybot. Which should I delete? Thanks again.

Hello again. Do these instruction as I have them, and everything should be cleaned out in one swoop.
Download the trial version of ewido security suite.
Install ewido security suite and start the program from the icon on your desktop, then check for and download updates. Close for now.
    Ewido Setup

Disable System Restore, or some of these files will reappear.

Open HJT, and click on 'Open misc tools section', then click on "Delete a file on reboot', a File Open window will appear. Copy/Paste the following into it.

    C:\WINDOWS\System32\pguyrmmk.dll

Then click on Open, and you will be prompted to reboot, select No at this time. Do the same for these.

    C:\WINDOWS\system32\nmlpxdje.dll
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\lusrvtnr.dll
    C:\Documents and Settings\finnydigital\Local Settings\Temp\GYyXvPR.dll
    C:\documents and settings\finnydigital\local settings\temp\Ysy.exe
    C:\documents and settings\finnydigital\local settings\temp\sU3tnrqX.exe
    C:\windows\system32\Z5el.exe
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\w?crtupd.exe

Rescan with HJT, and remove these items.

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Z5el] C:\windows\system32\Z5el.exe
    O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Vnn] C:\WINDOWS\system32\w?crtupd.exe

    Reboot into Safe Mode.

Delete all files and folders located in these three folders.

    C:\Windows\Prefetch
    C:\Windows\Temp
    C:\Documents and Settings\finnydigital\Local Settings\Temp

Clear out the Temp IE files, be sure the box for Offline Content is checked. Go to Control Panel\Java, where it says Temporary Internet files, click on Delete Files there, be sure all three boxes are checked in the little window that appears, also.

Then do the ewido scan, don't be surprised if it finds a few things. When done, reboot into Normal mode, and enable System Restore.
Please post a new HJT to see how everything went.
