    Hi,
    Thanks for the information. Unfortunately I returned the computer to my friend so I can't set it up now to enable the option Faultlog.txt on the "paranoia" tab. I did look there but didn't see anything like that on the paronia tab.

    Thanks for all the help. My friend did say his computer was working much better.

    Have tried everything

    Getting ready to throw this machine out the dang window...I have gotten dll errors from gk to oleaut...I tried downloading the reg edit software posted in this site...and they gave me errors in their own files....I have not a clue what to do next...any suggestions, before I chuck this machine?
