Show all options on dropdown menus?

    I'm annoyed I can't figure this out myself because I'm sure it's basic, but how do you set a default so that when you select a menu, in say Word or Outlook, you get shown all items in the toolbar, instead of having to click the wee arrow at the bottom?

    Open Word>View>toolbars>customize>options tab, check "always show full menu ".
