Utility to hunt related files

    Does anyone know of a utility written to search out related parts of an application/related files? Or, the reverse, after d/l, a utility to i.d. new files? Search doesn't yield any such animal. Thanks! (W98 could do the trick with SFC, but that option no longer exists.)
