    I have:
    1. VPN on Office #1 (192.168.7.x) with Office #2 (192.168.9.x) with Zyxell aDSL 652H
    2. On Office #2 exist only one PC (windows XP) with IP: 192.168.9.1
    3. Domain Controller (windows 2000). IP: 192.168.7.1 (on Office #1)
    4. Subnet mask on both offices: 255.255.255.0

How I logging from Office #2 to Domain Controller on Office #1?

    Thank you!

    Try a mask of 255.255.248.0
What is the default gateway for both networks?
I notced both computers have a xxx.xxx.x.1 IP.
Is your gateway .254 or is this an error?
