    HelloEveryone:
its seems that Suddenly my aol and or netzero disappear from my Connections Tab, Screen, in internet options.
I would like to know what could cause this, I did not remove them manually. Aol says I must have but I positively did not!
I Reinstalled aol and it still did not show up there, as this happened one time before and after reinstalling aol, it reappeared, but not this time.
Any Idea's? I cannot start aol automatically if it is not there! Please have a look here to view the empty connections screen>>

Thanks, Tom PS: I ran all spyware and malware utilities plus antivirus, and Nothing showed up

tomxp--With reference to your attached image, what happens if you click on SetUp and try to reset your accounts using the Network Setup Wizard?
P.S. Concerning AOL, since you are paying them for service, they should help you reconnect. Do not know whether your level of NetZero offers the tech support.
P.P.S. If nothing else works, you could consider a System Restore to a date prior to the problem having started.

Also, because asuming has caused me a few problems lately, is your modem or dsl/lan card (which do you use) having any problems. Check out Device manager and see if they are detected.

Make sure your logging in on an account with apropriate level of privilages to do all you need to. Admin privilages, or power user (I believe).

Jim makes good points, while I would think that the AOL setup would have resulted in all the components you would have needed, fiddle with IE's connections setup to-dos, etc. restore point also an option but not ideal as you've just installed new AOL software. Shouldn't be a problem though because you should be able to go back and forth in time. provided RS is not going to get fussy on you. AOL support should be helping on this matter beyond accusing or asumming you've deleted your connections. Did you install this software in the prefered manner ie; uninstalled the old if required, made sure nothing that would interfer with the install was running or loaded in the background such as virus scanner. Was your modem or lan card functioning properaaly prior to the AOL install?

I know you've probably done the above already, but as I explained prior my stats on assumption havn't been very good lately, so I thought I'd mention it.

WelshJim: you said>> P.S. Concerning AOL, since you are paying them for service, they should help you reconnect.
Actually I am not having a problem connecting. and everything is ok in device manager.
The ISP's both disappeared from connection screen.
Aol said reinstalling aol would reinstall it onto the conncections screen but it did not work!
Netzero reappeared right after signing on to it , but i dont want them as a default isp.

That possibly could work, but when it gets to the part that asks for your ISP (aol) phone number, I dont know what it is? Do you know how to check that out, never did that before?

tomxp--I would think AOL should tell you, or of not, walk you through the setup procedure. I do not use AOL.
