slow starting of Win XP

    Hello,
    My PC is starting very slow, in BootVis tool the values are:
    LOGON+SERVICE(INIT TIME 179sec) and
    SHELL(INIT TIME 184sec), other values are normal.
    Can someone tell me how to fix this problem, so My PC will start normally, and without re-instaling Windows XP. Please for help.

    Could you provide more details about your PC? I mean the configuration.
