Need old IBM T20 video and Network drivers

Does anyone know which video and network drivers are used by IBM for their old P3 T20 laptops? I have an old T20 laptop that originally came loaded with UNIX for work but has been converted to a WINXP Home machine. All of the original UNIX drivers for the built-in video and LAN functions that previously worked are now lost and I cannot find out which replacement drivers to search for in order to load them for WINXP. The IBM site is absolutely no help here, nor have I been able to find anything useful on several of the driver download sites I have visited. I need to hook this machine up to a local LAN and monitor and cannot do so without these drivers.
