    Hi

I got several problems with my laptop. I usually use Mozilla Firefox 1.02, and got several crashes. Normally no blue screen, just one advice from Macromedia Flash Player telling that it made a illegal operation, or the typical this software performed an illegal operation and must be closed. It has also happened to me with Internet Explorer, but much less times because normally i use Mozilla. Also sometimes i got a blue screen. When i called to my vendor, they told me that my problem was a software problem. I formatted the computer two times, and stil got this problems. I think it could be a hardware problem, but i'd like to be sure before deliver it to my vendor to check ( it's still in warranty).
I'll will attach the dump. I got other dumps, and normally got different error types.
This crash happened while receiving a big file with MSN messenger.
    Thanks!
