[Symantec] live update

    When updating info on Symantec Live Update I can install everything that I should except for Subscription Update.The message says error---required DLL file OLEACC.DLL not found.Anyone know the answer to this? Help section of Live Update no help at all.Running w98.Downloaded NAV in Jan/05 and it installed with no problem, I just can't get available updates as they come along>Thanks!!!

    Did you try the Windows Upgrade route? Look for anything regarding Active Accessibility 2.0 SDK Tools. Install any critical updates. Install any updates that you may want. Rebbot and try running Live Update again and see if it will complete this time. As far as the files, I believe you would want the 9x.exe files.

    Live Update

    Thanks for all suggestions re Subscription Services update on Symantec Live Update. Nothing seems to work and I'm wondering if this update is really essential to my computer? TIA

    I'm not really sure if the Subsrciption Services update is essential or not. The only other thing that I can suggest is to reinstall your program. You can follow the instructions found here. Sometimes a reinstall will solve the problem. Sorry I couldn't find another solution for you.
