recycle bin issues in Windows 2000

    Does anyone know what would make the recycle bin work the opposite way? When the bin is full it says empty and when empty it is full?

    I have to ask WHY?:confused:

    But anyway, If you just want the besktop icon to work in the opposite way. Right click the desktop, click Properties, click Effects tab, change the icon of the full and empty.
