Page has Expired

Lately I have been receiving this little gem, no doubt an IE6 goodie. When I go to a new page them return in a few seconds, this happens.

I must have something enabled in:

Internet Options>Security>Custom Level

But I am not sure what. I realize it results from making an entry in a form but I would like to disable it.

Pages which return this message will usually have an extension like .asp .php or .shtml. The pages expire based on the server side scripts and it is rather unlikely that you will get anything else other than a page loaded from your own temporary internet files.
