    I am looking for a shareware converter from WMA to either of MP3, WAV

    I haven't used it myself, but dBpowerAMP Music Converter is supposed to be a top notch program...and free. http://www.dbpoweramp.com/

    Naturally, one of the restrictions on this software is that it will not decode any restricted wma codes. Those I had were d/l from Napster.

    Oh Well!!
