changing language to chinese

    i want to change my dell lap top all of it (desk top start menu etc.) to chinese tried a few things in control panel but didnt change desk top or start menu. jumade it so i can type chinese what do i do?

    You can try in two ways.
    1. install Win XP Chinese
    2. download NJStar Communicator from www.njstar.com - this is free shareware.
