unknown VxD error

I keep returning to my computer to find a blue screen with the following error;

an 0E has occurred at 0028:FF1EE660 in VxD ---. It was called from 0028:C00EC278 in VxD ---.

The problem hasn't happened while I'm working on the computer so I'm not sure what's causing it.

There is a IE repair option in Add/Remove for IE, I think its a sidebar option. Use Help & Support and search "repair" + "IE" if you can't find it readily, but it's there.

My apologies, read IE for "OE ".

Vxd issues are driver related - so that's the place to start. You're going to have to keep track of what's running when this error occurs and narrowing it down that way. By narrowing it down I mean disabling/enabling apps one at a time if you don't catch which one is causing it right away.
