mailing labels

    I have windows 98 and a long list of addresses stored on my ms-word program. Each address contains 3 or 4 lines and is separated by double space. I need to print out the labels. Tried to use word's help but am still unable to solve the problem. Is there a problem phase to provide me with complete instructions on how to print labels for different addresses from the ms-word-Thanks

    Hi jsmacgowan,
    I'm sorry, I don't know if I fully understand your question? Is it that you simply can't print the list? Or that you can't get them onto your sheet of labels? If it's the latter? Have you gone to Office templates and downloaded one of their templates? Or something similar?

    Have you tried Avery's Wizard for Word? Works great for me. :)

    It's a freebie, too.
