Norton Antivirus 2002 Re-install

    Help

    Did a complete system reinstallation and of course when I put my Norton Antivirus 2002 back on and registered it gave me a new Account Number and a new Serial Number. Since I've only just paid for a years updates, I've now lost that. How do I let it know I already have a subscription (it's OEM so only has 3 months free updates). I seem to be struggling getting hold of Symantec to tell me how to get what I have paid for - anyone out there know.
